披露していたのよ。
ただ単に、事業をやるのではないのです。

事業をやることじゃないのよね。事業をやってそれを売ることだっていうのよね。
事業✕金融なんだね。FXやって気づいたってさ。
事業を売るということは、事業の会社の株を売るということさ。
それのいいのは、キャピタルゲインなんだね。しかも税金が優遇されてるのよ。
例えば、美容院を経営しても、それだけではだめで、その事業を売るのだね。
株式を売るのだね。
会社をM&Aで買ってさ、それを経営ノウハウで改善して、利益を伸ばして売ればいい。
利益が１億円なら８億円で売れるのだね。キャピタルゲイン税が２０％の１億６千万円だね。
儲けは、６億４千万円だね。あっという間に大金持ちだよ。

２０％になる。売り主が宅建業を持っていれば、商品扱いになるよね。
