What we should have done was to turn our real estate investment into a family business.
What we should have done was to turn our real estate investments into a family business.

I should have turned my real estate investment business into a family business.

I bought and sold my house many times, and bought and sold again and again.

Looking back, I wish I had never sold my house.

I should have negotiated with the bank to convert my mortgage into a business loan.

I should have negotiated with the bank to convert my mortgage into a business loan.

I think I learned a lot by lending.

Instead of selling my house outright.

If I had to sell it, I would have been in the red.

I would have had no choice but to rent it out.

Even if the purchase of real estate is a failure, I can learn a lot by renting it out.

I think I was able to learn a little about the real estate leasing business by renting out properties.

I think I have learned a lot about the real estate rental business.

I think I was able to make real estate investment my family business.

I would like my children to get a real estate license.

Put them in a Mercedes Benz and let them manage the house for rent.

Pay them a salary.

My wife would be the accountant, and the kids would be my employees.

And then gradually buy real estate assets.

We could have made it a family business.

Now, Tell is no longer of age, but

but you, our readers, can do it now.

It’s possible to do it.

to be a shabby landlord.

I recommend that you start your own business.

In essence, it is important to start a business!
It is essentially important to start a business

Starting a business is the shortcut to

shortcut to wealthy people.

Once your business grows, you can sell it.

Sell the business

Then you become an investor

and train entrepreneurs.

and invest in them.

and invest there to become wealthy.

Even if you want to invest in an antique store

Even if you want to do 100 people

I would be happy if I could get only one person to do it.

That’s how few people take risks.

But if you don’t take risks, you won’t get a return.

Japanese are agrarian and quiet.

Westerners are aggressive in business.

If you want to become wealthy

If you want to become wealthy, take risks and do business.

Mr. Minowa teaches real estate investment on YouTube.

You can learn a lot from him.

Businesses have returns because there are risks.

If you are not sure about your business, ask a fortune teller.
