ロスジェネとは
ロスジェネ世代とは、
３６歳から４８歳までの世代です。
１９７２年生まれから１９８４年生まれですね。
就職時期は、
１９９４年から２００６年ころに就職した世代ですね。
この時期は、
不動産バブル崩壊のあとの、
長期のデフレ時期で、
企業はリストラや、
倒産や合併の時期ですね。
就職氷河期でした。
団塊ジュニアです。
競争が激しくデフレで就職出来ず。
結婚が出来ない世代。
いまの社会の中枢世代。
もっと厳しいのは早期退職世代。
ふんだり蹴ったりする世代。
男性は年収で見られるし、
女性は年齢で見られる。
厳しいですね。
終身雇用の時代は終わる
終身雇用は終わる。
ロスジェネ世代は、
早期退職で会社を追われる。
では会社はどうなるか。
１）経営層
２）持株会社の幹部
３）専門家
４）派遣社員アルバイト
５）海外研修生
中間層を追い出したお金で、
派遣社員と、
アルバイトと、
海外研修生で、
会社は生き残る。
でもまだ挽回できる。
あと５年です。
起業しかないです。
そのためには副業しましょう。
資産形成は
ロスジェネ世代は、
収入が上がらない世代で、
収入がなく預金がないので、
資産形成は難しい。
そこでまず副業をやろう。
１）ブログYouTube
２）から３）の経験をブログやYouTubeやりましょう。
ブログやYouTubeやメルマガで集客技術を学ぼう。
メルマガで、
集客、教育、販売をやりましょう。
そして起業時には役立てましょう。
２）転売
いらないものをメルカリで売って、
ついには、AmazonFBAで転売しましょう。
３）不動産投資をやろう
３５年ローンで自己住宅を買って、
転勤をチャンスに貸していこう。
４）株式投資をやろう
キャッシュフローを得たら、株式投資やりましょう。
５）資格は宅建と外務員
飯が食える資格はまず宅建。
不動産投資も仲介業もできる。
外務員は証券の資格。
金融のプロになれる。

転職。
８５年のプラザ合意以降の円高局面で
不動産バブルを体験。不動産アナリストでウオーターフロント銘柄を発掘。
その後商社系のネット企業に入社。
不動産の知識が役立ちました。
現在は、定年後に派遣に行きながら
戸建て賃貸収入、証券への投資、
ブログアフィリエイトを始めて
年金、不動産投資、証券投資、
で４つの財布を作りました。
小さい頃から、ベットの生活、朝はパンと牛乳、
夏は別荘ぐらしでした。
小さい頃からクラッシックのレコードを与えられ
印象派の絵画画集も与えられ、いい映画も見に行かされました。
そこで体験したことをセレブの生活にまとめました。
